Manzoni Bianco Colli Euganei DOC
Made from the Manzoni Bianco variety, the result of crossing Riesling and Pinot Bianco, this wine is produced from grapes grown in the hills of Arquà Petrarca, on the southern slope of Mount Ventolone.
Thanks to the dry, well-ventilated climate, the grapes are picked when they are perfectly ripe, with the aim of producing a dry wine with a fruity fragrance and a mellow, mouth-filling flavour.
It can be kept, in ideal conditions, even for 4 or 5 years.
