Average yield of 10,000 kg of grapes per hectare.
Made from red grapes grown in the area of the Euganean Hills, this rosé is a light, fruity wine with a bright pink colour. On the palate one detects a gentle fizzy sensation deriving from the wine’s second fermentation in pressurized tanks.
Seafood salads, omelettes, vitello tonnato and other cold summer dishes.
