COLLI EUGANEI DOC CHARDONNAY
The Borin family has been growing Chardonnay grapes since 1978. For this wine they selected in the vineyard the most appropriate biotypes for making wines with sufficient structure to ensure excellent ageing potential.
The wine has a brilliant golden colour, an elegant, spicy bouquet and a creamy, mouth-filling flavour that offers hints of its maturation in French oak barriques.
Mushroom- or fish-based pasta and rice dishes, white meats or hard cheeses.
