Fior d’Arancio Colli Euganei secco DOCG
In Ancient Greek mythology, Gaia was the Earth, and the name Fiore di Gaia is a tribute to the planet that is a great Mother to us all.
The wine was created in the early 2000s at our winery in Monticelli, as an innovative project that highlights the extraordinary aromatic notes of the Moscato Giallo grape. It is intensely fruity, with exotic sensations on the nose; it was the first example of a dry 100% varietal Fior d’Arancio, which would then acquire D.O.C.G. status in the Colli Euganei in 2010.
