GIOVANNI BORIN ZUÀN
From the area that was the first in Italy to adopt the Bordeaux grape varieties comes, after years of study, our interpretation of the classic «Bordeaux blend».
There are three varieties, to give a more complex and convincing wine: the intriguing spiciness of Cabernet Sauvignon, the herb-like qualities of Cabernet Franc and the velvety texture of Merlot.
Three wines that have been blended together only after long maturation, in order to express a combination of warmth, depth, concentration and elegance.
Red meats, game and hard cheeses.
