EVO oil – Pitted black olives – Paté Nero
Our olive groves are located on two small farms situated on the southern side of Mount Ventolone at altitudes between 100 and 200 m above sea level, and are made up of the Rasara (a local biotype of the Frantoio cultivar), Leccino and Matosso varieties.
The Borin family produces an extra virgin olive oil that is ideal as part of a healthy, varied diet, thanks to its excellent nutritional properties and its satisfying level of natural anti-oxidants.
In the kitchen, with its delicate fruity aroma, it does not overshadow the original tastes of the other ingredients; at the table, on the other hand, used straight from the bottle, it has a mellow flavour and is particularly easy to digest.
Our range of olive-based products is completed by a special selection of pitted olives (bottled with our oil) and the delicate Paté Nero, both of which are very versatile for the preparation and garnishing of tasty dishes.
