This sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes is produced in cooler vintages.
After suitable maturation in the cellar, the fermentation for the prise de mousse takes place in pressurized tanks. With its fine, persistent bubbles, this is an elegant and mellow Brut.

Average yield of 10,000 kg of grapes per hectare.
Temperature control during and after vinification.
Re-fermentation at a low temperature up to 5 atmospheres.
